Seven areas of care, each handled by the specialist who does it every day – not by whoever happens to be free.
- Teeth cleanings – removing plaque and tartar from the tooth surface to head off decay and gum disease before they start.
- Dental exams – a routine check for cavities, gum disease and decay, with everything explained as we go.
- Digital X-rays – imaging that shows what a visual exam can't, at a fraction of the radiation of film.
- Teeth whitening – a bleaching agent lifts the shade of your natural enamel, done in-chair under supervision.
- Ceramic veneers – thin porcelain shells bonded to the front of the tooth to correct gaps, chips and staining.
- Composite veneers – a resin material shaped directly onto the tooth to repair chips, cracks and gaps in a single visit.
- Smile makeovers – a combined treatment plan when more than one thing needs to change, mapped out before anything begins.
- Fillings – repairing a cavity or cracked tooth in porcelain inlays or composite resin.
- Crowns – full coverage for a tooth that's too damaged or decayed for a filling to hold.
- Bridges – closing the gap left by one or more missing teeth, in porcelain or porcelain-and-metal.
- Dentures – removable prosthetics, partial for a few missing teeth or complete for a full arch.
- Implants – a titanium post placed in the jawbone to carry a replacement tooth or bridge permanently.
- Traditional braces – metal brackets bonded to the teeth and connected by wire, tightened every four to six weeks.
- Clear aligners – a transparent, removable alternative for adults who'd rather not wear brackets.
- Retainers – a custom device that holds your teeth in their corrected position once treatment ends.
- Tooth extractions – removing a tooth from the socket when it can't be saved.
- Wisdom tooth removal – the third molars at the back of both jaws, which usually come through between 17 and 21.
- Dental implants – titanium posts placed surgically into the jawbone as a foundation for artificial teeth. With proper care they last a lifetime.
- Bone and gum grafting – adding bone tissue to build a solid base for implants, or gum tissue where recession has exposed the roots.
- Sinus lifts – adding bone to the upper jaw near the sinuses so it can support an implant.
- Root canal therapy – treating infection at the centre of a tooth. It isn't painful, and it saves a tooth that would otherwise have to come out.
- Teeth grinding (bruxism) – a fitted mouth guard to stop clenching from wearing your teeth down.
- TMD treatment – medication, physical therapy or appliances to relieve pain in the temporomandibular joint.
- Pediatric dental care – check-ups and treatment for children, at their pace.

The practice has been running since 2000 and opened its Riyadh clinic in 2003. In 2021 the team brought two decades of it home, and Stellar Smile opened in Zouk Mosbeh.
